For someone with mid level mechanical expertise it is a 4. You need a t-27 torx bit, 10mm socket and extension about 10" long. You have to remove the front grill and wrap around assembly. You also need a tool to remove the plastic push-in body clips across the top of the grill and on the bottom. there are three clips on the front of both wheel wells, the 10mm socket is used for the top corner of the wrap around in the wheel well. torx bit is to remove the two mounting screws for the headlight assembly. Takes about 45 minutes to complete.

Yes they do. Regardless of engine size the vehicle has , they will fit. I believe these will only fit magnums that are from 2005 to 2007. The 2008 magnum was the refresh style headlights.

You’ll also need fasteners for the wheel well to complete the installation.
