Hello!
You’ll find LED conversion kits available for all common headlight bulbs. I believe the headlights in your car use an H11 bulb (double-check your owner's manual to be sure); you should easily be able to find a conversion kit online.

Mine are right on the very top. I used a very small socket with a ratchet to adjust.

There are no adjusters. They fit into factory holes that suppose to be aligned. They are close but, I had to enlarge the holes for them to be adjusted right. The hole I enlarged is for the tab on the top radiator support. I hope this helps.

Yes they are sealed. I bought them for my son for his Escape. I looked them over to check them out and he installed them. His night vision improved from the old milky lenses, and it makes the car look better.
