Echoing another persons review who noticed same problem, the headlamp adjustment screws are different than OEM, and based on the different design and placement, I'm not sure how I will ever get this adjusted since they used a way that doesn't align with the original and there is no room to make an adjustment; not sure how I'm going to get this done. Would have been a perfect replacement if not for that (important) fact.

No, they come with standard halogens. I swapped over the LED bulbs I was already using from my original housings. One of the smaller bulbs in these is a different size than OEM, but I just got a new LED in that size.

They are regular OEM. Same as if you purchased from the dealer. They are not LED
