Great led light! I have ordered headlights, fog lights and 2 bumpers in the past and I got all products in a timely manner. This last order I didn't need a second light and the return process was fast, easy and the agent was extremely helpful as well as kind. I wish I could give more stars because this is a wonderful company! Hello! These are made for halogen bulbs, which require different wiring than your factory headlights. All auto leveling headlights for your generation of Lexus came with HID's.

Hi Jeff, I'm glad to assist you. It is a halogen headlight. It does not come with a ballast. The HID headlight is the one that has a ballast included, with part number SET-REPL100351. It does not come with the HID bulbs. You can use the original ones from your headlight if those are still good. These headlights are guaranteed to fit the 2006 to 2008 Lexus IS250/IS350 models.
