It comes with no bulbs included. You need to reuse the old ones or purchase new ones separately. As for the units themselves, they look as good as the OEM assemblies and once you get past having to pretty much disassemble the entire front of the car they install quickly and without trouble. Also, have some painters tape or duct tape on hand in case the styrofoam that is behind the bumper cover comes loose. You will need the tape to hold it in place while you reinstall the bumper cover and you want to make sure you reinstall it as it is part of the collision safety system.
