Quality of the headlights I bought are nice looking. I had to call a representative to check on my order because I hadn't received any notification about the shipment of my order. Hi Donald, I'm pleased to assist you. No, it does not come with the ballast because these are Halogen headlights. The headlights with the ballast are HID/Xenon. The 2 light sources (Halogen and HID) cannot be interchanged. We do carry the HID with bulbs and ballast. Hi, I'm glad to help you out. The 2009-2014 Nissan Maxima sport or premium package has smoke appearance and HID (high intensity discharge) headlights compare to the halogen type headlight. This is the halogen type headlight. I hope this helps. Happy shopping.

Yes, you can find the matching LED bulb for the halogen type you have. The standard bulb type for vehicle is Halogen H11 for low beam and 9005 for high beam. You simply will have to find a matching 9005 LED bulb for your high beam and H11 for the low beam.
