Question: I have a 2023 tacoma SR base model WITHOUT the led drl. Is there a harness that I can use to be able to use this headlight that does have an led drl?Edy C. / Apr 14, 2025
Hi Edy, I'm glad to assist you. No, we do not carry the wiring harness for the LED headlights for your 2023 Toyota Tacoma SR Base. Even if you found a wiring harness for the LED function on the headlight, you still need a switch incorporated into the dash or the multi-function switch (also called the turn signal switch) to turn on or off the LED daylight running light. The headlight you need is the one without the DRLs, with part number SET-RT10010037Q-2. Question: Greetings, these lights have the led light bar turn on at all times once the truck has been started? Also are the lights inside LED's (super bright) not that cheap yellow bulbs? And once I buy them just plug it in and don't need any extra accessories to make them work? Kindly let me know when you get a chance.Diego / Oct 23, 2021
Hi Diego, I'll be glad to assist you. These have bright LED bulbs for the daytime running lights. Everything else is regular halogen. The Daytime running lights can stay on as long as you don't turn off the switch for it. It is plug-and-play for models that came with the same type of headlight.
