This fixture worked perfectly as a replacement in my 2014 QX60. Better lighting than when I first bought the car. The units I received included the bulbs and ballast, so the description appears to incorrect.

Get a headlight assembly for 2015 QX 60. The dealer put it in for under $300. It came with bulbs. Performs great and I saved over $1000 if it was all done with the dealer. Great website will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.
