Question: If I buy new headlight assemblies will my headlights be brighter or the same with just new assemblies? I have a 2011 Kia Optima Lx GDI and my headlights are horribly dim at night to where I can’t see.Fancy P. / Jun 18, 2021
Hi Fancy, I'm glad to help you out. These will have the same lighting as a new set from Kia. Not brighter or dimmer. I hope this helps, but if you're interested in these headlights, you can click on the link below for direct ordering to take advantage of our ongoing sale and limited stocks. Hi Fancy, I have the same car with the same issue and these new headlight assemblies fixed the problem for me. The original headlights were perfectly fine for several years and then gradually became so dim that I didn't feel safe driving at night. I tried replacing the bulbs, but it did not help. After researching a lot, I found that this is a common problem with the 2011 Kia Optima. From what I read, the reflective coating wears off inside the headlight assembly and the only fix is to replace the assemblies. Now it feels like I'm driving with my brights on, the difference is amazing!

Question: What type halogen bulbs?  H11 or HIDA Shopper / Nov 13, 2020
Hi, H11 bulbs are halogen type. Upon checking, the 2011 Kia Optima are using an H11 halogen bulb for low-beam and H1 for high-beam.

Hi Eric, I'm glad to assist you. No, these are not compatible. The plug-in connectors of the vehicle's wiring harness will not match. I hope this helps, and we thank you for inquiring.
