Everything was fine but the one piece, a mettle clip part where a screw goes into was loose and you weren't able to screw the screw back in. Cheap glue or something.

Hi, The Base package is the opposite of the Spec package. A bare-bones version of the tC known as the Spec Package was offered without many of the standard accessories and 16 inches steel wheels while the Base package comes with the standard accessories and 17 inches wheels.

The lens of my 2007 Scion tC were badly pitted and I bought these as a replacement. Intended to do it myself but didn’t realize you have to take the whole front end off to do the job. Wound up taking them to my mechanic and he did it along with a couple other maintenance items. Worked out fine but wasn’t the “DIY” project I expected

I have a 2007 scion tc spec model and these lights were perfect. I believe you can use these on the base model too. I think the base model had more chrome like plastic on the inside while these for the spec model are more black on the inside. But bulbs and fit are the very same.

No, they do not come with any wires or bulbs just the headlight assembly.
