Hi Loaknauth, I'm pleased to assist you. No, these do not fit the 2006 Toyota Avalon Touring. We currently only have the passenger-side Halogen light source headlight for the vehicle which you can't use HIDs on it. Contact us again if you require any other vehicle parts. Have a nice day!

Hi Geronnie, thank you for reaching out. No, this does not. Halogen headlights don't require a ballast. It is the high-intensity discharge (HID) headlights that require a ballast. Per checking, we don't have HID versions of this product. Thank you for inquiring. Have a nice day.

Hi Bruce, I'm pleased to assist you. There is no Base submodel in the 2006 Toyota Avalon. There is only the Limited, Touring, XL, and XLS. This set of headlights fits the XL and XLS submodels.
