Yes, it needs o-rings. The o-rings will have to be purchased separately. Unfortunately, we do not carry it.

Hi,
As of the image(application specific), the 2 tubings(outlet or inlet) show a spring clamp and a regular round steel clamp. While the 3rd outlet pipe does not have a clamp included. The clamp should be similar to the one on the other piping which is colored black. Still, it is best to consult your trusted local auto repair shop or dealership for that seal or clamp attachment.
