Hi Kristina, I'm glad to assist you. No, this is for without rear HVAC. As it turns out, we do not carry the heater hose to match with the one with the rear a/c. Still, you might need other parts, such as a brand new water pump with gaskets. We have a kit on a promo price offer today with part number REPN313512.
