I had sent for a set of front hood hinges for our 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe vehicle. The passenger side hinge apparently just snapped at one point. We thought we had been hit by a rock while driving but never saw any evidence of that happening. But wanting to get under the hood to add coolant I couldn't get the hood up. I was near a Firestone shop and when they did lift up the hood they saw that the one hinge had completely broken in half. I was so happy to find what I needed on the Car Parts website and thought that the price was very reasonable. The only little disappointment I had was that there were delays with shipping the product to me. And since I was counting on a friend to install it on a certain day I had to make other arrangements. The items arrived about a week after the first estimated arrival and our friend was able to come by and fix the problem. Car Parts is definitely a great go-to for car parts situations as mine was. Even when I called and spoke with someone they were extremely polite and striving to help me. I would also like to state that the delay in shipping very possibly had something to do with the bad weather conditions in our country concurrent with my order.
