The hood on my 2005 GMC ENVOY XUV blew open while driving at 50 mph. The hood latch AND safety latch both failed. Needless to say, I needed a new hood, latch, and chrome trim strip to make a complete repair. The trim strip was, I feared, the one item not to be found. One trip to the web site, a few clicks, and I had a brand-new strip on the way. AND the cost was less than $20.00.

If it needs some other mounting hardware, We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.
