The chrome hood molding fit perfectly and was easy to install. I had anticipated that is would be more expensive than it was. It was an excellent value at under $100. Hi Bill,
As of the image, the back portion of this molding has protruding lock in studs clips. I don't think you have to use glue to stick it to the hood surface.

It has screws under the hood that u can unscrew but is kind of a pain due to the sticky I guess 8ld glue from the manufacturer but u don't need it. Adjustable Wrench should due the work with a knife to take that puddu off around the screw from original part. I don't remember if it came with screws or I used the original ones but it fits well. Hope this helps.

Answered by Adrian R. / Sun, Jan 31I purchased this and installed it myself. No glue is needed. It has screws that can be tightened with a Phillips screwdriver or a small wrench. Very easy install.
