I ordered this piece as the one on my car was dinged up, and I wanted to replace it. The part came quickly, but was damaged due to the staples from shipping packaging scratching it up. The next day I logged in and started the replacement process. Within a day I received an email notification that the replacement order had been submitted, and I would receive tracking information once shipped. I received the tracking email shortly thereafter. I received the replacement part a few days later. I had to reach out to customer service this morning (4 days after already receiving the replacement part they sent) to figure out how to get the originally received 'damaged' part back to them. So it seems as though they were more worried about making the customer happy then they were with trying to make sure a customer wasn't trying to get one over on them!
I don't ever write reviews, and I order items online constantly. However, the fact that they did everything they could on their end to make it right when the part I received was damaged led me to take the few minutes to post a review this time.
If you're looking at ordering a part from them, and are on the fence about it - just do it. From my experience, you are good to go with their customer service taking care of you as a buying customer from them. This is an area of e-commerce that I wish was better for so many other companies, but unfortunately it just isn't. For once that wasn't my experience this go 'round!
