The product itself is great. The purchasing process was fine. The problems began when delivery was attempted. The company that Carparts.com subcontracts for their deliveries is unreliable. The delivery company told me the wrong time window for delivery. The driver arrived an hour and a half ahead of what he thought was his scheduled delivery time. Over the phone he informed me that he would not wait around and they would call to reschedule the delivery. The company did not call the next day, I had to call them. I was given a delivery time. The driver attempted delivery three hours ahead of scheduled time this time. This driver was fortunately understanding of customer relationships and said he would make other deliveries in the area and come back. I received an invoice today from the shipping company for another delivery charge of over $100 stating customer error was the reason for a reschedule. They will be receiving a call in the morning.

The courier should not be charging for an additional delivery charge for not being able to deliver the shipment on the specified delivery time. I would like to know what transpired during the call with the courier when you called them after receiving the invoice?

It seems to be in good shape I have not got around to putting it on my truck to see if it matches up with all the holes from volts and Body Lines yet but out of the box it seems good my first Hood they sent was damaged in shipping and got me my second Hood very fast
