Bad Packaging, Horrible FreightFactory Style Hood Steel Primed

Whoever supplies this part has no idea how to pack for shipping. It came wrapped in very light bubble wrap, then secured to a flimsy cardboard box, packaged with foam at the corners only, then packaged in a larger box. The hood was to arrive in a few days but ended up bouncing around 14 different freight terminals before arriving at my location...and one was only 40 minutes from the delivery point. The outer box had slid open, both the inner box and outer box were damaged and the bubble wrap was popped in most places. On top of that, the hood sat top side down on a pallet jack when unloaded, where it was dented all the way across the top. Absolutely horrible packaging and absolutely ridiculous freight logistics. Buyer beware on buying any body sheet metal for your vehicle.

the hood was okay lighter than OEM but did the job. Packaging and Shipping was okay but one of the corner pads fell off and the result was a bend corner that buckled the hood 8 inches into the main surface area.
Hood arrived one day early.... the outer box looked like it'd been thru a war.
The inner packaging was nice and there was not a dent or scratch on the item.... It was perfect. SO far the purchase more than exceeds my expectations.
I have not assembled or painted yet and am hopeful I will be as pleased once it is installed as I am with the first part of the delivery process.
Ordering was simple and fast too!
