Recently bought this hood for my son's Toyota Prius. The ordering process was very simple, quick, and smooth. It arrived a few days later, I scheduled my work day to work from home for this delivery. However, I am very disappointed in the delivery by the FedEx driver. He dropped off the box on our front porch, and never rang the doorbell so I could perform an inspection to check for damage! Fortunately when I brought it in and opened up the boxes (it was well packed) there was no damage so I lucked out. I do not in any way fault <a href="http://Carparts.com" target="_blank">Carparts.com</a> for this but wanted to bring it to your attention. My son and I got the old hood removed and the new one installed in about 30 minutes total. Thanks so much!
