Thank you for sharing this review about your order for an Idle Control Valve.
We apologize if this has caused you any inconvenience. Based on our records, the Idle Control Valve will fit a 2004 Hyundai Elantra GT 4 Cyl 2.0L. May we know if you have a Standard Transmission and With Federal Emissions, Auxiliary Air Valve? Can you please tell us what made the part wrong?
Please reply to the email we sent so we can address the concern.

Question: Would this help if my car cuts off if I rev up on park past the 4 gauge.becaus that's what keeps happening if I rev the car in park it just cuts off?Hassan C. / Mar 08, 2021
Hi Hassan,
The idle control valve is also known as the "idle speed control valve" — regulates the idle speed of your engine. This is controlled by the engine's computer. Sometimes parts go bad, which results in your car idling strangely or stalling. Some common reasons for the vehicle to cut off rev while on part includes; An empty gas tank. A fuel mixture that isn't rich enough (this is usually the cause of cold stalling and intermittent stalling) A faulty fuel pump, alternator, or EGR valve. We highly recommend having the vehicle diagnosed by a certified mechanic to determine what part needs replacement.
