For the price no other iac's for Toyota come close to these Yow Jung units. YJ Enterprise ltd. have been manufacturing in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan since 1979. Look for the QR code, laser etched date, and on some units the YJ logo is cast into the aluminum.

I would like to mention that the set screw on the RT31320003 (it is hiding under that little bubble plug next to the QR code) is not thread locked and can vibrate out. It takes a 2mm hex key and should be inserted flush with the case.

Amazing, this RT31320003 idle control is beautifully manufactured in either Mexico, China, or possibly even Korea. There are FOUR! different markings on this thing; engraving, unkown logo cast in the water cavity, QR decal, and print on the perfectly molded glass fiber plastic. Sealant applied around tubes, strong spring, cartridge bearings, high quality screws. No quirks. The only flaw is that the inside of the tube is NOT plated.
