After reading mixed reviews about using non-OEM ignition coils, I was a bit concerned about how these would perform. Decided the low price was worth the try. Bought pack of four, swapped one and the rough ride/vibrating engine troubles were no more.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Mon, Jul 26The particular ones i recieved for my 06 saab 9-3 did not fit properly and the locking clip on the wire harness did not close all the way. I had to return them and order some off amazon. I would imagine that the lifespan would be good but not as much as the $100 per coil, OEM ones.

Hi Carl,
It depends on how many Cylinders the vehicle has. Upon checking, 2006 Saab 9-3 has 4 and 6 Cylinders. There would be 1 ignition coil for each Cylinder. To do a proper search please enter all the required vehicle details (year, make, model, sub-model, and engine size).

From all that I gleaned from there and from numerous message boards it's probably best to replace all of them not just one or two. But that is just my opinion. I suggest doing some research before making your decision.
