First disconnect the battery, then turn the key to "ON" position. use a thin screwdriver to press and hold the button mentioned below. while pulling the key and cylinder as one. There might be 3 holes. 2 will have screws in them. The other is for the button. It's slightly different size hole then the others. New cylinder will be also be put in while in the "ON" position. Just press in till it clicks into place. Turn off, reconnect battery. And your done.

There is a little hole underneath on the plastic housing and you must have a thin round tool to push in on a button that is in there and when it is pushed in you can pull out on the cylinder to simply remove it and the new one goes in the same way but you don't have to stick the tool in to insert the new one.
