This does not include the keys. It is the part called Ignition Lock Cylinder that comes with keys.

the only thing I know is my order did not and if your truck has a remote start this will not work on it my truck is a 09 the key switch for it is around 5 to $600 if the add with key then yes (but) mind didn't good luck

You have to remove the steering column cover panel that encases the steering column first. We also actually have a helpful general DYI steps from our online resource. But still, it is best to consult a trusted vehicle specific repair manual for clear specific steps or consult your trusted local auto repair shop for this since this. The housing around the steering column is removed very easy, then rubber collar on the shifter slides out of the way then the ignition switch comes off rather easily
