Answered by Jeonino E. / Sun, Apr 10No it does not. This is the ignition switch that goes in behind your key cylinder. That is called an ignition lock cylinder. Those generally do come with keys. (But they will only operate the ignition. You still need your original keys for the doors and such)

It means that the driver seat is in the left side of the vehicle when you're sitting inside of it. There were some Right hand drive model made in the US and were exported, hence it needs to be specific to avoid errors.
