Hi Dillon, I'm pleased to assist you. The remanufactured instrument cluster will not come with 0 miles showing. The mileage reading on the instrument cluster is stored in the vehicle's computer, and when you replace the instrument cluster, the mileage reading will remain the same. The only way to reset the mileage on the instrument cluster is to have the vehicle's computer reprogrammed. There will be no difference in function compared with the OEM, just a different color when it lights up.
