The photo shows what appears to be a flexible bellows, it is rather stiff. If you need to route your intake bellows around anything be aware that it will flex but not like the original. The clamping strap seems very light duty and the catch for them does not have a very positive catch. This weak clamp, along with the stiffness, can cause it to pop off easily. trying to put it on further on to the connection puts a strain on the bellows material and I thought it was going to rip. There are many retailers selling this brand and model so look for the cheapest (product/shipping) as there is no need to pay to much for it. Seems like this is the only brand available. I have a feeling that I will need to buy another during the next smog check in two years. If it lasts I will update the review
