Matched up with all of the OEM fittings on my 2006 TSX with one exception.
It does not fit exactly with the oem door latch cable fitting, and the small plastic clip that holds the cable in place on the inner handle. I had to modify the latch on the inside by drilling and with zip ties to properly hold the cable in place, otherwise the cable slips out of the fittings behind the handle rendering the door handle useless. Fortunately all my modifications were internal, so the handle still looks good as new from the exterior. 3 stars for close but not exact fit
