No, we only have these handles in plastic like the original ones are.

I have replaced two interior door handles on two different cars. While metal ones do not seem to be available, the plastic replacements have worked out really well. You just have to remember to treat them with a little care and not yank on them too hard. My replacements have out lasted the original ones.

The job isn't terribly difficult, but you will need to remove the door panel to access the handle.
