Got off to a rocky start with this order. They sent the entirely wrong door latch despite all the right markings/numbers being on the box. I was really worried I had gotten ripped off, not so much for the money (it was only $12), but because I would have to keep getting out of my car by rolling down the window and opening the latch from the outside, and potentially damaging the window because it kept rolling off its track (our next fix). Pretty frustrating and a tad embarrassing. But I called and they shipped me the correct item that I had been so expecting. It worked perfectly, except for one thing. The little frosted plastic part that is supposed to hold in the wire was too flimsy. Fortunately, the one on my original latch was not damaged, so I was able to switch them out and make the whole thing work. So, pro-tip there for you.
