We are sorry to learn if you had received an incorrect part. It was never in our best intentions to subject you or any of our customers to such inconvenience.
Based on our record the part is a match for a 2000 Honda CR-V LX 4 Cyl 2.0L, the hole opening is for locks and not for the power window, as most of the switch are located on the door panel or the front panel.
For is to check if we have the correct part, can you provide us a photo of the OE interior door handle?

Great replacement. Had to use a plastic piece from the old handle though because the hole wasn’t quite big enough.
