i appreciated the pictures on the parts page, including a shot of the back of the part. i received the part in a timely fashion. when i, in an error on my part, thought that the part was incorrect they refunded my money and told me to keep the part. i subsequently discovered my error in trying to make the part work and found that indeed it was the correct part. i told them to go ahead and recharge me as the error was mine, but through the whole thing they were very gracious. i will be looking to them in the future when i need other parts and i'm just sorry they don't carry another part i need.
