Everything fit ok with some adjustments. The reason for a 3 stars is the whole time the listing showed the tan color as the neutral. So I ordered the neutral because that's what the listing and the pictures where showing. When I received it, it was a more grayish color than I expected. That was really disappointing. They should really update the listing with the correct pictures.

Question: How does an overlay work when the original dashboard is severely cracked and challenged?Heidi Y. / Aug 12, 2021
Hi Heidi, I'm pleased to assist you. The overlay or dash cap's purpose is to cover those cracks and damages. There must be enough portion of the original dash for the attachment. The dash cap should fit snugly over the entire dash. Clean the underside of your Coverlay dash cover. Align and secure it with tape, weights, and wedges (placed between your windshield and dash cover). Apply the silicone adhesive provided in your kit to the underside of the dash cover. Answered by Grace G. / Thu, Aug 12Mine had pretty good size cracks but I trimmed the high spots off to make it fit better. Just make sure u have enough ways to keep it tight while the silicone drys. Mine isn’t perfectly installed because I wasn’t 100% ready to hold it tight but I am very pleased with it. I hardly had to trim it at all. Definitely a good way to make the dash look great.

Answered by Phil H. / Fri, Aug 13Very simple to install, remove the old dash (just a few screws) to shop vac old debris and make dry fit and easy prep. Sand, clean, Glue and wait... it's really that easy... I found shims between the pad and windshield worked well to hold pressure
