Hi Benjamin,
You can use the same factory screws to attach this to your bumper or simply pass by an automotive repair shop and they could easily provide yopu a small tapping screw or an 8 or 10mm head bolt size to mount this part.

Hi Benjamin,
This rear license plate bracket is designed to fit 2007 to 2017 Jeep Wrangker(JK), all submodels and with lamp. The bracket plate size is standard to accept the basic size of a license plate(if I was understanding you correctly).
