As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership. Although this is a direct fit for the 2011 to 2015 Lincoln MKX, base, this may require minor drilling.

This license plate bracket is compatible with the 2012 Lincoln MKX Base 6 Cyl 3.7L. There are predrilled holes for the screws for the attachment.
