I didn't realize my 2014 RX350 was made in Canada and I ordered these by mistake because they were cheaper. Good news is....they fit!!! I think the difference is whether you want the replacement struts to match your original OEM hood struts.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Sat, Sep 26For my 2010 Lexus RX350 it was easier than I thought. After propping hood up with a broom handle, the lift supports popped right off. I had looked at you tube first, but was pleasantly surprised at how easily the old hood supports were removed.

Answered by Richard B. / Sat, Sep 26Your vehicle specific repair manual is the best source of information on the removal and replacement for the worn-out lift supports. Take a screw driver and slip underneath the clip and the end will be pop off the support.
