I ordered a pair of the trunk lid lift supports because both of mine had gotten broken which made it almost impossible to use our car's trunk. I found instructions online how to install the lid lift supports and found that I could do it myself. This was the first time I had ordered anything from Carparts so did not know anything about the company, but it turned out to be a very rewarding experience. The parts came quickly, were exactly what I had ordered, and were a terrific value which was especially good because my wife and I are retired and living on a fixed income. And the lid lift supports are working very well, indeed. My wife is the most happy about this because she does the bulk of our weekly shopping.
