Despite the “guarantee to fit“, the parts arrived and the struts were 4 1/2 inches too long. I went online to complete a return request and as of this moment, approximately four hours from the time I submitted, I have yet to receive a response with instructions for return. Very disappointed.

Based on our records, the Lift Support will fit a 2008-2015 Scion xB and not for a 2011 Scion tC. The vehicle information provided when the order was placed is 2011 Scion xB while on the online return request, the vehicle provided is 2011 Scion tC; hence, the part ordered is not intended for the vehicle.
The return instruction was sent to you via email. You may opt to return the part using the courier of your choice. Once the warehouse received and inspected the returned part, the refund will be processed and posting will depends with the bank.
