The part was actually what I needed and lot less than other auto parts stores. However, the shipping was delayed for a couple days from the original purchase. They did communicate that it would be late.

Lift supports came when they said it would come. The lifts fit perfectly. They were easy to install. I only needed a flat head screwdriver to remove the spring clip on the old lifts and the new ones snapped right on. No tools needed to install new lifts.

Answered by Arnel E. / Tue, Aug 24as general rule this a easy swop but first make sure the gate firmly supported. Then do one side at time check each is attached i.e. with clips or bolts if worren then replace it .
