Your rep was wonderful. I needed liftgate supports as the previous ones I purchased were to hard ro close. My wife struggled when she tried to close the the rear gate. So did I. Totally psyched.... they fit perfectly and my son installed them on like 5 minutes while dad held the rear minivan 5th door up .... they work awesome and at a fraction of what Toyota was charging ... you guys were great ... will definitely purchase from you guys again !
