They work as go as the original ones did, I got the first one on as expected in about 3 minutes, but the second one didn't cooperate as well and took me about 20 minutes, unfortunately that happened well over a month age and I can't remember the details because once I solved the issue I moved on, I happy the tail gate open as it should, and I didn't break the bank
