It doesn't not go up as quickly as the original lift arm but it holds up fine. I have had an issue with it slipping out of the socket. It goes back in easily but it is a pain that it keeps popping out.

They absolutely do, they work perfectly... As long as you put them on correctly lol. Make sure you align them the correct way and on the correct side.
