If the F-350 dually is a 4WD model, yes, this will fit the truck.

Answered by Arnel E. / Thu, Sep 24Yes. However there is a black plastic coating that will need to be scraped off for the locker to fit flush. It will seem to big in diameter. I used a orbital sander to take mine down some.
