Answered by Arnel E. / Fri, Feb 05I'm not a subaru guru but my experience with them is the old 2.2 all had the same afm regardless of transmission, so I would say yes it fits on a manual or auto trans. Make sure the electrical connection has the correct number of contacts some had five and some had four.
