Yes-it is. I got the same one. Just FYI it’s in black (and usually the back of the mirror is the same color as the car). I didn’t bother getting it painted (it’s not really noticeable) but just beware of that is important to you.

Yes, this is the part you are looking for. Just keep in mind it has black plastic finish, so you need to spray paint it to match your car's body color.

Yes if no broken glass or damage to replacement cover insert, it is perfect! You only need to paint to match car color unless black okay for you!
