Great if you don't need auto-dimming (from headlights of cars behind you). The original has an extra connector for that (other than the warming connectors). See photos.

Question: I just bought this for my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan, but I can't figure out how it's supposed to snap on. The plastic on the mirror's backing plate is quite different than the original plate. How is it supposed to attach?Andrew S. / Jun 08, 2021
Mine was not correct either and couldn't find anything that would fit. ended up using Gorrila glue--in the construction tube gun type--put a dab on all contact points (4 of them ) and then a blob in the center. Once it set up even the electric adjustment worked just fine. hasn't fallen off yet!!!

Hello! Tilt your mirror so that it is pointing down, then you can use a screwdriver or something thin to pry the glass up. It should pop right out.
