The item arrived promptly and well packaged.
The description says that the mirror with tow package is not heated. The heated mirror is not described with the tow package. My truck has tow package so I ordered a non heated mirror but then found out that my mirrors do heat. I should have looked for the emblem. The description could be updated so it's not misleading.
