The mirror took longer to arrive than I expected, also it is a lot blurrier than the original mirror was and any time I look at it, it causes me to blink repeatedly, as if my eyes are trying to make it come into better clarity. Seems like the glass isn't a good clear quality.

Hi Don, I'm glad to help you out. Use a flathead screwdriver to pry out the mirror backing plate from the housing. After it's removed, you can press on this new part, and it will snap in place. Use the link below to order while the part is on sale. I hope this helps. Happy shopping.
