Question: Where is the round mounting bracket?

Hi Dave, I'm glad to assist you. This mirror glass has the heat/defogger function which is why there are two prong terminals at the back of the glass. Please confirm on your end if you have that feature by checking your mirror or the owner's manual of your vehicle.
